Workshop Policies Terms Cancellation Policy If the host cancels more than 45 days prior to the scheduled workshop date, all payments will be refunded minus a 20% non-refundable deposit. If cancellation occurs within 45 days of the event, no refunds will be issued. The deposit secures materials, scheduling, and preparation time. Professional Conduct All participants are expected to maintain a respectful and professional atmosphere. Verbal abuse, harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Intoxication is strictly prohibited. Any participant under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be removed immediately without refund. Behavior that interferes with the learning environment, including excessive interruptions or unsafe conduct, may result in removal without refund. All attendees must comply with venue safety policies and organizer guidelines at all times. Materials Usage All workshop materials, including Ace the Cards, companion resources, and course content, are provided for personal educational use only. Reproduction, redistribution, resale, or recording of materials is strictly prohibited. Minimum Enrollment Materials Distribution This workshop package includes materials prepared for up to 16 participants. If fewer than 16 spaces are sold by the venue, any remaining books and course access codes will be retained by the venue. The venue may sell or distribute these remaining packages at its discretion. Confidentiality Recording Participants are expected to respect the privacy of shared discussions and personal insights. Audio or video recording is not permitted unless explicitly authorized in writing. Photography Workshop organizers may take photographs for promotional use. Attendance constitutes consent to be photographed. If a participant prefers not to appear in photographs, they must notify the organizer prior to the event.
