Item description
Add a piece of iconic Danish design to your collection with this beautiful vintage bowl. Although unmarked, its distinctive hand-painted design and faience body are characteristic of the highly sought-after Tenera series from Royal Copenhagen. This piece embodies the bold, graphic patterns and vibrant colors that define the series, which was developed by art director Nils Thorsson in collaboration with a group of six talented female artists in the late 1950s. The bowl is in excellent vintage condition, with no chips or cracks. Please note that some age-related crazing may be present, which is typical for vintage pottery of this type.
