UP FOR SALE: Vintage Native American?made double strand necklace featuring natural turquoise nugget beads with shell heishi spacers. The turquoise displays beautiful natural matrix and color variation, ranging from soft robin?s-egg blue to deeper green tones, consistent with genuine, hand-shaped stones. The necklace is traditionally strung with a cord and finished with a hand-tied closure accented by shell heishi and red beads. Construction, materials, and wear are all consistent with mid-20th-century Southwestern Native American jewelry. This piece is unsigned, as is common with many handmade examples. Condition is good vintage condition overall. The turquoise nuggets show natural pits, surface texture, and age-related wear from hand shaping and decades of use. No cracks or repairs observed.
