Once the sauna stones have had a chance to get good and hot, ladle some water over the top of them to generate a quick burst of steam. This will cause the humidity inside the sauna to instantly rise, creating a wet sauna. Eventually, the steam will dissipate, and you have the option of adding water periodically to adjust interior humidity as desired.
