The 'Seven Clover' was used by German Knights Cross with Oak Leaves, Crossed Swords and Diamonds winner Albrecht Brandi as the emblem for his U-boat U-967.

Albrecht Brandi sunk 8 ships, 1 auxiliary warship and 3 warships whilst serving on U-617, U-380 and U-967. In 1944 Brandi received the Diamonds to the Knights Cross with Oak Leaves and Swords. He was the second of only two Kriegsmarine officers to receive this award.
This badge is made from copper ('7') and brass (clover) and measures 25mm tall and 16mm wide and is new condition. The clover rotates on the '7' and his held in place with a brass rivet. There are two attachment pins on the reverse.
