Item description
Vintage Starrett No. 711-F dial test indicator, graduated to .001 inch. This is a precision machinist tool made in the USA and housed in its original Starrett metal case with fitted interior.
The indicator includes the correct attachments as shown, including the lever contact and extension. Dial face is clean and clearly legible with smooth hand movement observed when gently actuated. A solid example of a classic Starrett indicator that remains very usable today while also appealing to collectors of vintage machinist tools.
