It is a soft, (but slightly stiff) breathable, solution-dyed acrylic that is UV, water, and mildew resistant and does not noticeably shrink or stretch. This fabric also is very simple to sew!! Sunbrella Marine fabric is intended for outdoor use but can also be used for indoor applications (although not as soft as Sunbrella Furniture Fabric).
