Size #52 Heavy Grinder replacement knife for Hobart industrial machines
the best commercial grade meat grinder knife that you can buy. It is solid Stainless Steel and fully re-sharpenable. This knife weighs 50% more than a standard stainless swirl knife. It fits all the common manufacturers #52 sizing. The blades are 4 5/8" tip-to-tip. Center square hole is approx. 13/16" wide. They will fit your unit if your plates are 5 1/8" across. Smaller sizes also available.
