Unbranded Timing Belt Pulley 2.725" dia. x 8-1/4" Wide 20 Teeth might be good for a industrial art decor project. the bore measures between .635 and .640 on my bore gauge was probably 5/8" at one time
Not sure what exactly this was for it has a small bore compared to its width for timing pulley there are 20 teeth
This pulley is from the Woolrich mill in Woolrich PA. it closed a few years ago.
This is surplus to a now closed factory that kept spare parts on the shelf. The mill still had some of the old parts for some of their old equipment.
