untested surplus but was in with a lot of good spare parts, guaranteed good on arrival
Note, one corner the thin metal edging has delaminated a bit(see picts) Looks to have epoxy type potting inside that (so nothing looks to be damaged or loose inside). Looks like maybe during manufacturing the edge/bevel was ground too thin. If that would leak RF???, you may want to sand it down and resolder the seams.
