Volup alert! Vintage 80s Cachet made in the USA Black velvet short sleeve dress with white floral detail around the neck, line front and back punctuated by pearls. The short sleeves are tulip cut. Lightly padded in the shoulders. Vintage dress with very current Wednesday Addams vibes. the velvet is soft, the dress is lined and it is an acetate a nylon blend. No noted flaws. Tag size 15/16, but that is vintage sizing. Modern sizing places that I think closer to an XL but please double check measurements to ensure the proper fit for you. Laying flat measures approximately 41 inches shoulder to ham, 18.5 inches straight across the waist, 20 inches from armpit to armpit and 21 inches across the hip.
