David Meister dark blue long sleeve peplum waist cocktail dress. Back zip closure with illusion lace neckline and long sleeves with the balance of the dress in a navy blue textured fabric. Retail $450. The torso is lined. Viscose, cotton and polyamide blend with Rayon and nylon lace. Laying flat measures 18 inches armpit to armpit with darting to accommodate cup size, 15 inches straight across the waist, 19 inches across the hip and 40 inches shoulder to hem.
