Vintage decorative pewter tray featuring a hand-tooled repousse design with a classical mythic warrior figure, scrolling border, and stippled ground. The design is engraved directly into the metal and includes the word ?BROTOSENO,? which refers to the repousse or chased metalworking technique rather than a named maker.
Likely Italian in origin, circa early 20th century. This is a solid pewter piece, not silver and not plated.
