Additional Details ------------------------------ Product description: PC-11 was formulated as a true marine epoxy, allowing users to bond to wet, dry and fully submerged substrates. The PC-11 formulation provides extended work time, for large, critical jobs, allowing the user to reposition work or make changes. The high "wet grip" or tacks of PC-11 makes overloading and side work easy without dripping or falling. PC-11 demonstrates excellent chemical resistance to mild acids, caustics, detergents, gasoline, fuel oil, salt and fresh water. In cold or cold temperatures, place PC-11 containers near heat before use. PC-11 mixes and spreads more easily at 80 degrees F than at 40 degrees F. Any clean, smooth flat surface is an excellent surface for mixing and working. A small putty knife or flexible artist spatula are great tools for mixing and applying PC-11. Denatured alcohol is excellent for softening applied PC-11. Also use denatured alcohol to clean surfaces before applying. Use with: wood, metal (all types), glass, brick, block, rubber, concrete, stone, slate, fiberglass, tile, and much more in all combinations; As a sealant: oil, gas, water deposits, cellar cracks, pressure deposits and plumbing leaks; as filler: holes, castings, patterns, molds, voids, welds, and much more. Working time (70 degrees F): 30-40 minutes No tack drying time: 90 minutes. Drying for service: 8-12 hours. Maximum healing: 7 days. Gardner Impact Resistance: 140 in. Conduction (electric): non-conductive. Excellent thermal shock. Non-toxic once cured. Heat range: -20 to 200 degrees F.
