Harper?s coding indicates this book was printed a few months after the August 1954 first printing utilizing the first edition dust jacket (not price-clipped). Date written on front fixed end paper. Very good. An elusive book made into a John Wayne film by John Ford. Considered by many as the pivotal western film.
