Esta fiel reproduccion del medio dolar busto tapado de 1823 revive un diseño fundamental en las primeras monedas de los Estados Unidos. El anverso presenta a Lady Liberty en una gorra frigia, rodeada por trece estrellas que simbolizan las colonias originales, mientras que la fecha "1823" ancla la pieza en su contexto historico. El reverso lleva con orgullo el aguila heraldica con escudo y flechas, enmarcada por la inscripcion "ESTADOS UNIDOS DE AMERICA" y la denominacion "50 C."
