FOR SALE is an unbelievable opportunity to purchase the greatest movies produced in Germany between 1933 and 1945, along with numerous books on Third Reich cinema. I am selling this rare collection only because I need funds for moving expenses. A very few of the DVDs have been viewed not more than once and most have never been viewed and are still in their original plastic. The numerous books on Nazi cinema are in excellent condition, with the exception of a very small number of books that are in used condition. I purchased this vast collection over a period of time as part of my Master's Degree requirements and my interest in world cinema as a whole. The perception that most movies produced during the Third Reich were anti-Semitic in nature is untrue. In reality, a very small minority of films were outwardly anti-Semitic; in point of fact, approximately five or so out of the approximately 1,100 films produced during the Nazi era. The others are very well-produced dramas, melodramas, comedy, fantasy, family films, etc. . . All films are in German with English subtitles.
