Just what you need to get a good grip on cooked pasta, the head of this fork is made of durable nylon that?s heat-resistant to 440F (220C). Gently rounded tines hold on to strands of cooked pasta without tearing them. A long center slot allows boiling water or other liquids to drain back into the pot. Handle made of heavy-gauge, nonreactive 18/10 stainless steel with polished finish. Weighted, ergonomic handle offers optimal balance, comfort and feel.
