Item description
VTG 1950s Czech Bohemian Venetian glass ruby footed large compote/candy dish lid.
Condition is "Used" no chips or cracks. Item was previously displayed so some signs of gold tarnish, wear on paiting is present but not affecting its beauty just showing its age. Well preserved as you can see.
This is a large compote/candy saucer dish with conus lid. Its generously decorated in gold and handpinted flowers. Exquisite high footed pedestal elevates the beaty of it. This is a vintage older Bohemian piece approximately 1940-50s. Exported to US by a military family who lived in West Germany during the service time. Green felt was added to the bottom of the dish to prevent from slipping. We dont be remoing it.
Item will be very well packaged for transport.
