Vintage Large Chinese Motifs Decorative and 50 similar items

Ironic that this lamp is of some age and has belonged to two consecutive antique dealers yet this is the first either of us put it up for general sale. It is about 30 1/2" tall from the bottom of the stand to the top of the bulb socket. The bottoms of the feet of the wood base have taken some damage and small bits knocked off but you would not notice just putting the lamp on a table and using it. Wood piece bolts on and could be replaced, but I would not bother. The family of the original owner ran an import business in Philly and brought this in from Hong Kong or Taiwan likely sixty to sixty-five years ago. I have had it for close to thirty years myself. It has most of the original power cord but not the original plug. I had it on a table in my own living room much of that time and it worked fine but I just moved and there isn't really a good place for it and I have a lot of lamps. I think it has a 3-way socket. No shade included. Top quality piece and from an era before many such were being imported to America. I am not letting it go cheaply but it is worth more than I am asking and heaven only knows what you would have to pay in a shop for such a thing either new or vintage. Shipping: Unless you live fairly close, UPS is probably the best option but I don't live very close to a UPS store so it might take a week or two that way, although more often than not I can flag down a driver first. The post office on the other hand is one block away and if you need this fast for some special occasion then that would be the way to go. However shipped it will be done with full insurance so no risk to the buyer.
