Item description
Hand painted patch with two RKO pictures stamps on the back, Round portion about 4 3/4" diameter. Painted for the studio in 1953 and I have seen some others with similar stamps on the back but I cannot tell you which picture or pictures they were intended for. This one never got used. Disney pelican delivering bombs and it is for the 8th Air Force, 67th Bomber Squadron, 44th Bomber Group. Don't know how long someone took on it, probably not very, but it is not badly done at all and it is a highly interesting and desired collector's item on several levels.
