has a v-neck, has long sleeves
with elastic at the ends,

There is a ruffled peplum hem.
It measures 34" at the chest
and 33" from top to bottom.
Sleeves measure 27" from
neckline to end of sleeve
(my own humble measurements) .
This stylish dress is made of
100% rayon,
and it is labeled
machine washable.
