Made by Zwarg Co. Inc., St. Petersburg, Florida, USA
Marked ?600? / ?4/0? and "F 28" on the crossbar
Bakelite top and bottom plates with solid metal frame, spool, and hardware
Original wood crank handle with star drag control
Maker-stamped on both end caps: ?O. ZWARG CO INC MAKER ST. PETERSBURG FLA?
Pre-spooled with a minimum amount vintage braided/linen fishing line - as shown.

***This vintage O. Zwarg Co. Inc. fishing reel (marked 600 / 4/0) shows clear signs of age and use, with surface oxidation and patina throughout the metal components. There is notable verdigris and wear consistent with storage and age, particularly on the frame and spool. The Bakelite side plate is intact with no cracks. The winding mechanism turns smoothly, and the handle is firmly attached. This reel has not been cleaned or restored and is being sold in as-found condition for collectors or restoration enthusiasts.
