Here we have an original art postcard by Frankie Flores (aka Mr. Mardi Gras). This postcard celebrates the 1991 event in New Orleans. The artwork depicts a smiling jester holding another jester in her hand. The colors are a vibrant green, red, yellow, and blue. This is new old stock and unposted. It measures approximately 6 inches by 4 inches. Good vintage condition; expect some light edge wear.
