CAUSE California Union of Safety Employees and 49 similar items

This rare CAUSE (California Union of Safety Employees) union pin is in excellent condition, with no problems. I said it is rare because I could not find another on the internet. It was awarded to me in the 1990's, when I was a police officer (now retired) and a CAUSE union rep. CAUSE was formed in 1981, when Ca. rank-and-file employees were divided into 21 bargaining units (ours was Unit 7). Back then we were the Dept. of Mental Health (DMH), which became the Dept. of State Hospitals (DSH) in 2012. CAUSE then became CSLEA (Ca. State Law Enforcement Assoc.). The pin was made by SDC Promotions, in Fair Oaks, Ca. It measures 1-1/8" across the points. Please let the pics be your guide before buying, as they are part of the description.
