Transmissions will include torque converters (if automatic) unless otherwise noted. On AWD/4x4 transmissions, the transfer case will not be included. Cables, mounts, external sensors, and linkages are not guaranteed or warrantied. We do not cover any part of the clutch system; clutch replacement is always recommended. Transmissions are drained prior to shipping. Manufacturer?s specified fluid types must be used. All seals, gaskets, and filters must be replaced prior to install in order to maintain warranty. This is a freight item! All excessively large or heavy items must be sent via freight truck. Item must be sent to a commercially zoned address capable and willing to unload the freight. Alternatively, item may be picked up from a freight terminal (We can locate a terminal closest to you if you supply us with your ZIP code). If those options do not work for you, item can be sent to a residential home address for an additional $85 fee. If you cannot unload the item and require unloading, an additional $85 fee will apply. Shipping Deadlines We will process every order within 24 orders of checkout. Our business hours are from 8-5 M-F CST. Orders placed after 2:00 pm CST cannot be guaranteed shipping that day. All Non-Freight items will be sent via ground unless given instruction otherwise. If you need 2nd day air or Next day air service please call us directly for best results. You may also add this service during checkout but we can only guarantee shipment of these orders if it is placed before 2:00 CST. No refund on deposits or unwanted special order parts or special "cut" items. To return an item you must contact us within the 90 day period to obtain a RMA number (return material authorization).
