Item has never been used and is unseasoned. Double-sided, so if you wanted to get fancy, you could bake the front and back of the house and figures. No damage, but does have a couple of small discolored spots in the metal where it had very light surface rust and I removed it with a rust eraser. Measures 11" x 7", not counting the handles.
