Item description
2 Vintage pre-1973 women?s slips. One in black and one in ivory. The black is made in the form with lace trim at the hem and decolletage and straps. 100% nylon with two tone, blue and white ILGWU union tags. Tag size 38 which roughly translates to a modern size medium but please note the measurements 43 inches shoulder to hem and 19.5 inches armpit to armpit. the straps on the black slip are not adjustable. The ivory slip is RN number 15411 which is movie star brand and it?s made in the USA. Straps are adjustable. The ivory or cream color slip has nice lace and pleating detail for about 6 inches from the hem. It is also size 38 and measures 43 inches shoulder to hem and 21 inches armpit to armpit. No noted flaws.
