AND THEN - Iris and Howard find proof of the Circus of Crime's misdeeds. Howard battles the Ringmaster. ALSO - Howard is recruited by a Las Vegas scam merchant to be the poster child for a fake disease, bilking the public via a fraudulent telethon in the process. AND - In an Iron Man parody, Howard, dressed in cheap Iron Duck armor, defeats Bong. With this issue, the series is cancelled, only to be resurrected a few years later for two more issues.
