They come in a beautiful green color and are great for planting in your yard or garden. This lot of ten (10) transplants will be shipped in the Spring season of 2025 and is perfect for those looking to add some natural beauty to their home. Our Warranty Policy: All of our trees are guaranteed to be true to species. We have no control over what happens after they leave our care. Customer is responsible for proper transplanting and care. We will replace trees under the following conditions. 1. Damaged in transit by shipper: We must be advised of any damage upon receipt of the item. Photos and written documentation required. 2. Damaged upon receipt claims: We must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. Claim must include photo and written documentation. 3. All other claims must be made within 14 days from the date items were received. There is no need in most cases to physically return items, however photographic evidence of claims being made will be required in order to receive a replacement item or in store credit. In general any faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us if taking photos of the claim does not provide solid proof of claim. If you are returning the items for any reason other than being damaged or dead or for an error on our part then there will be a 20% restocking fee. Our liability is to the purchase price only not including S H charges. Guarantee Period is 14 days only! Absolutely No Exceptions! Since the products we are selling are perishable we can only ensure that you receive undamaged, healthy, live trees, plants and other products. however we can not guarantee how the plants are cared for or handled after they have been received, therefore our liability ends after 14 days from the date tracking shows they were delivered. We have no responsibility if we are not notified immediately of any defect upon receipt. We primarily ship in the Spring and Fall. Spruce and other seedlings ordered after November 30th will be shipped in late march through June 30th. Orders Place after June 30th will be shipped in the fall beginning late September through November 30th.
