Item description
Offering a beautiful original vintage Hungarian embroidered tablecloth in a floral pattern with geometric border accents. The fabric is 100% linen with what I'm presuming to be 100% cotton thread for the embroidered sections. Color is a lovely neutral beige shade. Not overly ornate - will fit nicely into traditional or more contemporary decors.
The tablecloth measures 70"x72" - almost square. This will easily fit a square or rectangular table.
There is one area that looks like the linen thread is a different color (see closeup photo). It's not a stain, just part of the natural imperfections of the fiber. Apart from this, I see only one very tiny (almost imperceptible) tea stain on one edge. Other than that, this tablecloth looks unused and just needs a bit of ironing to remove the creases from being folded in storage. There are no odors and this comes from a pet-free, smoke-free home.
An elegant and classy addition to your dining room that will last generations.
