Item description
MISS TURQUOISE
By George B. Mair.
New York: Random House, (1965).
First American edition, first printing.
"First published in the United States in 1965" statement to the copyright page.
The second intricately plotted action espionage mystery featuring secret agent David Grant.
A presentable collectible.
Lightly aged to the cover's shelf-edges as usual, else fine and tight in black linen over textured blue boards with gilt embossed titles and rules to the spine, deckle page fore-edges, upper page edges yellow; in an about near fine dust jacket with a trace of rubbing, with minor crimps to the upper and lower spine edges, two short tears to the lower edge of the rear panel, and two small white dot color production flaws to the lower spine panel; original printed $3.95 price and 8/65 date code still intact to the front inner flap.
The dust jacket will be placed in a clear, protective removable sleeve after photographing for this entry.
