Illustrations by Darrell Milsap.
Slight bump
to the lower shelf-edge of the front cover, mild crimp to spine crown, minor
soiling to boards, thus very good plus; in gilt-stamped black shelfback
over marigold boards with pictorial vignette; no dust jacket.
