We hope that you will be pleased with your order. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please notify us in writing within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please indicate your name, order number and reason for the return. Postmark on returned item must be within thirty days of Delivery Confirmation date of when you received the item. Shipping and handling charges to and from seller or customer are not refunded. If you need to return your order to us, it should be wrapped securely and be returned to us in the same condition as you received it.
