RETURNS:

There is a return fee of 15% of purchase price with a minimum restocking fee of $20. Return shipping paid by buyer
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Custom fabricated items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

WARRANTY

Federal Military Parts warrantees all new items we sell for a maximum of 30 days. Beyond 30 days from date of receipt of goods, there is no warranty. Proof of purchase is required to utilize warranty terms. Used products carry no warranty.”

Warranty terms are as follows: Items that are received damaged or not-working may be returned and replaced with equal item within 30 days of purchase. Original damaged item must be returned to Federal Military Parts. Items that are deemed damaged or not in working order will only be replaced one time. – Please contact Seller before returning your items to verify return authorization.
