SIGNED in green ink by the actor.

8" by 10"
With original studio envelope
The attractive matte finish portrait shows the smiling actor in his United States Army Air Corp uniform.
Payne served as a flight instructor during WWII.
Payne was with 20th Century-Fox from 1940-1947, where he had many acting opportunities including his most familiar film role in Miracle on 34th Street (1947).
Waviness to all the edges, else very good.
A nice clean image.
