This is a beautiful Early 1900s Scalloped Plate that is Hand Painted and the mark on the back reads ROSENTHAL - SELB BAVARIA - VERSAILLES. It measures approx 10 1/4" and has a gold trim - beautiful for display or use and in good pre-owned condition with no chips or cracks.
