Shut off the feed water line before installation. Remove the Old Membrane ? Open the housing and carefully remove the used membrane. Insert the New Microline S1227RS or S1229RS Membrane ? Align the membrane properly and insert it into the housing. Reconnect Flush the System ? Turn on the water supply and flush the system for 10-15 minutes before use. Important Note: TFC membranes are NOT chlorine-resistant and must be used with a carbon pre-filter to prevent damage.
