MIDWEST COMPUTER BROKERS Electronic Recovery (Lot of 3) Lenovo ThinkPad T14 Gen2 i5-1145G7 2.60GHz 8GB DDR4 No OS/SSD/HDD Laptop is preowned and will have typical scratches/scuffs, minor dings/dents, and wear. These laptops have some light wear on the keyboards and/or track pads. There are keyboard scuffs and/or key impressions on the LCD screens. The amount of scuffing differs per laptop, but all 3 laptops do have some scuffing. There is also small white spots on at least one LCD screen. There are 2 dead CMOS batteries, some damage to the corners on one of the laptops, and one of them has a bad main charging port but the other works as it should. Please see photos included. 2 of the laptops include batteries, the 3rd laptop does NOT include a battery. The 2 Batteries included show as having good health, per BIOS, at the time of the auction. However, batteries are not fully tested and not covered under warranty. Power Adapters are NOT included. COMPATIBILITY is the responsibility of the bidder/buyer. Please verify compatibility before bidding/buying. sale does NOT include any items/accessories which are not listed or shown in photos. We do not provide technical support for setup, installation, programming or any other related issues. PAYMENT Payment is expected within 3 days after auction end date. PayPal payments are processed immediately (during business hours). We process credit card payments through or by using PayPal. SHIPPING WE SHIP TO THE LOWER 48 CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES ONLY. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or any other country or territory. We ship via UPS. If your item is less than $40 and weighs less than 2 lbs. we may choose to ship via United States Postal Service at our discretion. Items will be shipped within 2 business days after payment has been received. LOCAL PICKUP: If you plan to pick up your item from our warehouse, please let us know in advance so we can have it ready when you arrive. Any item that is picked up from our facility will be charged 6% sales tax. Internet purchases are not exempt from sales tax and shipped items will be charged sales tax according to buyer's location. If you have any problems with your purchase, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to try to resolve any issue. Buyer has two weeks (14 days) from date of receipt of item to notify us of any problems. Buyers' lack of knowledge or software, drivers or hardware will not be considered a warranty issue. Buyer MUST contact us prior to returning item. Item must be returned at buyer's expense. ** Unless MCBIA has made a shipping error, return shipping arranged by buyer will not be reimbursed. Item must be packed in original shipping materials. Our technicians will diagnose item within three (3) business days of receiving. If item is found to be faulty: At our discretion, replacement will be shipped or a full refund (including original shipping charge) will be issued. If item is found to be in advertised condition: Buyer shall be reimbursed purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee or $5.00 (whichever is greater). Shipping fees will not be reimbursed. If item has been damaged in transit, buyer should contact us via email or phone to file a UPS damage claim. PLEASE DO NOT file an return for transit damaged items.
