Original meaning authentic, not any kind of reproduction. NOS or new old surplus patch in nice shape. A little bit folded in at the peak but that irons out fast, or just leave it in a book for awhile. They are worth more than this and shipping to the USA is included, anywhere else add $2.00. Can't go wrong with this one.
The kind you might see with decoration underneath, those are Master Sergeant and the ones with a bar underneath are Sgt. First Class. This is a run-of-the-mill garden variety Sergeant patch, they were the ones who did all the work despite the claims of Lieutenants. Ha ha.
