Orange Garden, Yellow Sky: Quilted Art Wall and 50 similar items

My orange fabrics are calling out to me more these days, it seems, and here they combine with a yellow sky and just a touch of greenery to surround a quiet pool. The darkest green in the lower right is a polyester-blend fabric that I bought on-line because it just was so gorgeous. I made myself a blouse from it, but almost immediately all the seams began coming apart! This piece is actually cut from the blouse, because there was no way I could fix all the frayed seams. Size: 24" x 19" My artwork is mounted on foam core, which creates a light-weight but rigid piece with a wire for hanging and a felt backing. It is treated with a sun-block spray, although prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may eventually cause fading.
