RETURNS
You may request a return within 7 days of receipt of your item(s) by emailing us at [email protected]. You will need to ship the item(s) back to us within 3 days of your return request. Buyer pays for return shipping. If we provide you with a return shipping label, it will be deducted from your refund amount.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Loss in value would include some of the following reasons: cigarette smoke, stains, signs of use, dog chews, etc.

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Stamped designs or personalized items

• Belts & Dog Collars – Sizes must be measured according to our guidelines. These items are made specifically to the measurements you provide. If you have used an alternative method to measure or have guessed, we cannot guarantee the fit and therefore cannot offer an exchange or refund.

• Items marked as ‘Clearance’ or ‘Final Sale’ are sold ‘as is’ and are not eligible for exchange or refund.

EXCHANGES
Contact us to start an exchange by providing your order number and the item style and color for the exchange. You may owe or be credited for price differences and will incur additional shipping charges. Exchanges do not qualify for free shipping and you must cover shipping costs for both returning the item and receiving the new one.
