Any remanufactured labels will be included in the pictures. Used Items Many of our used items may actually be new/never mounted but have been damaged. All damages will be included in the pictures and/or in the above description. Please review all provided part numbers, pictures, and descriptions to ensure you are purchasing the correct, desired item. Measurements are usually included at the end of the pictures. PAYMENT TERMS Please note that payment is immediate after clicking on ?Buy It Now? SHIPPING TERMS All of our items include both a shipping option and a local pick-up option. Free shipping applies only to US domestic shipments, but we are happy and able to ship anywhere. Before buying, be aware that we include a potential surcharge for shipments to addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and FPO/APO/DPO. You must enter your zip code into the shipping and handling section and click ?Get Rates? in order to determine your actual shipping charges. Please contact us if you would like a shipping quote. Items already in a box may be shipped in its original box. Please message us if you would like your items shipped in a separate packaging box. We do offer combined shipping. Please Note: If your item is shipping via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground because the item is large in size or weight you will need to provide us with a physical address. UPS or FedEx does not deliver to PO Box addresses. We also offer local pickup for our customers who want to save money and deduct shipping from their price. Items must be picked up within 1 business day of when they are available. If you would like to pick up your item(s) in person, then you must follow these steps below- 1.All orders MUST be paid for one day prior to pick up. Items paid for on Friday will be available for pick up the following Monday. 2.Contact us through or our website to schedule a pick up time. 3.Provide our staff with: Your username, a form of identification, and a signature for your item(s). RETURNS If the item you purchased was misrepresented by us or damaged in shipping: you can obtain a full refund. To get a full refund, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item Please note: we record serial numbers to discourage fraud. If you wish to return your item for any other reason, we can authorize you to return it for a refund of the cost of the item, not including shipping. We will not accept returns in cases when the condition of the item and/or retail packaging (when applies) has been compromised, changed, modified or altered. When it applies, the buyer is responsible for return shipping, and a restocking fee will be charged if needed. Returned items that were picked up locally from our store will be charged a processing and restocking fee, when it applies. Returns will not be accepted beyond 30 days after the item has been delivered to or picked up by the buyer. Please Note: Items shipped to a US address which are then forwarded internationally, need to be inspected thoroughly by the buyer BEFORE forwarding. Once they are shipped internationally, we will not offer any support if items are damaged in transit.
