Item MUST be packed in original shipping materials or similar for safe return. If item is found to be faulty, a replacement will be shipped or a full refund will be issued. If the item is found to be as described, we will refund the buyer less 10% restocking fee, actual original shipping costs, and return shipping costs. If the item has been damaged in shipping, buyer should contact us via email to file a UPS damage claim. PLEASE DO NOT file a return for transit damaged items. Buyer’s lack of knowledge or software, drivers, or hardware will not be considered a warranty issue. We do not accept returns for compatibility issues, so please check compatibility prior to purchase.
