SIGNED, placed 'NYC' and dated '30th Oct 2014' to the title page by the James Tait Black Memorial Prize winning Irish author of LESSER BOHEMIANS.
McBride's debut novel of personal inner thoughts and feelings related to her brother's shadow, cast by his childhood brain tumor, earned numerous accolades including The Goldsmith's Prize, Geoffrey Faber Prize, Bailey's Women's Prize, and The Kerry Group Irish Fiction Award.
Fine, tight, square and unread in blue boards with silver embossed titles to the spine, blue and white headband and tail-band, blue end-papers; in a fine dust jacket with " Winner of the Bailey's Women's Prize" to the upper front panel edge; original printed $24 price still intact to the rear panel.
