By popular demand, we are proud to introduce a rebuild kit for Ford blend and mode door actuators! The small gear in the original actuator was made of substandard material and it fails prematurely. The quality of aftermarket parts are equally low. This kit fits any rectangular Ford actuator (as shown in the photos).
This kit contains a replacement gear molded from the highest quality modern engineering plastic. As with all our products, it carries a LIFETIME WARRANTY!
This kit will fix your issues with a clicking or popping actuator or issues with heater controls not responding (they don't change from floor to roof or hot to cold due to a broken gear)
