RED GRANO is a American Heirloom vegetable that started to show up in seed catalog's pre 1900's. Red Grano onions have smooth, glossy skin that is purplish red in color with flesh that is white with pink shading. They are a large, red, round, crisp, mild-flavored onion that is perfect raw in all kinds of salads, on burgers, and sandwiches. Short to medium storage period. Pink root resistant. Short day onion ideal for southern climates. These seeds where grown in Texas and are Organic, Open pollinated and Non-Gmo. Thank You.
