The European cut diamond weighs .13cts, has I1 clarity and H-I color, and measures about 3mm. The diamond is set within and engraved star design. The filigree has pierced leaf/flower designs on each side. It looks like at some point a patch was put on the filigree on both sides, was probably worn next to a band.
