The Beatles Mexico Import Meet The Beatles and similar items

Overseas: Please read terms of service regarding Registered Mail delivery. This is a very rare, vintage Mexico import Beatles phonograph record album entitled, "Conozca A The Beatles!". Record label Musart D 892. It does have the promotional 4 page flyer which is highly sought but it doesn't have the 2 photos. Comes with the original Musart inner sleeve as shown. Condition of the record is visually graded probably G to VG- (good to very good-). There are moderate to heavy non deep surface scratches and light scuffing. There are no knife cuts. A couple of needle scratches are detectable to the touch. Light pen name on the label as shown. I listened to this from beginning to end and here are my observations: No skipping on any of the songs. There is minimal background noise. It plays through exceptionally well (even the quieter moments). There is, however a volume fade-in and out on some of the songs. Could be because of it being an import or possibly the company that manufactured it, but I'm uncertain. Condition of the cover is as shown. Complete seam split on 2 sides leaving only the top intact. The top seam is complete with no splitting at all. Cover tear on the front as shown. Back has name writing in ink as shown. Also there is a slight musty odor from age, but no signs of moisture damage. Any question as to condition, write and I'll try to answer specifics.
