Item description
Two brand new factory sealed vhs tapes with three episodes on each. Episodes run about 17 minutes each and are in Black White photography.
For those too young to know, the 3 Stooges were a slapstick comedy team best known for these short-subject films. The lineup was always Moe Larry with the "third" stooge played by several differant people throughout their career.
This set features what is considered the best lineup by many fans: Moe, Larry, Curly. Moe was always the leader and the other two usually followed his bossy orders.
CRASH GOES the HASH: It's suspected that a society matron will marry an exotic prince, to get the story, reporters Moe, Larry, and Curly go undercover as a cook and two butlers.
FROM NURSE to WORSE: The Stooges commit insurance fraud as they try to collect benefeits for a "crazy" Curly. But the scheme backfires when the doctor wants to operate!
G.I. WANNA HOME: The Stooges return home from WWII and find themselves in a housing shortage - and their sweethearts are out on the street.
SITTER DOWNERS: A man refuses his daughters permission to marry the Stooges -- so they stage a sit-down strike in his house and win the nation's sympathy.
NUTTY BUT NICE: The Stooges try to help a little girl who becomes ill when her father--a bail bondsman--disappears with a lot of cash.
SLIPPERY SILKS: Woodworkers by trade, the Stooges come up with some interesting designs in women's clothes when they inherit a fancy Parishian-style gown shop.
A great sampler of the comedy team, kids will love it, but don't let them near tools afterwards.
